我目前在腾讯 CodeBuddy / WorkBuddy 模型训练团队工作,专注于面向代码与推理的大模型后训练。我在中国科学技术大学(USTC)获得博士学位。研究方向包括大模型强化学习、智能体 harness 与 auto research,以及 AI 科学计算(神经算子、基于学习的数值求解器、矩阵计算加速)。欢迎在这些方向上交流与合作。
